Ausbike 2010 August 21-23 in Melbourne
Ausbike is Australia's national cycling trade expo. Open to the public (for a small fee) and to the industry (bike shops and similar) for free, you can check out the latest and greatest and most exciting new stuff for 2010 - bicycles, electric bicycles, e-bike kits, parts and accessories, stunt shows, an orgy of bike fun. A racing track, BMX rail jam, mountain bike track, kids area, bike flicks, bike skills sessions, it's got it all. More about Ausbike.

Glow Worm Bicycles has a stand at Ausbike 2010 where it will launch its Wisper product range, just in time for the long awaited arrival of the Wisper stock in Australia. We'd love to see you there - potential dealers and eager members of the public alike. You'll be able to test ride ours and other bikes on the track at Ausbike.
We're so excited about it and the products that we're going to show that we're making early plans to join the Electric Bicycle World Tour for a Sydney-Canberra-Melbourne electric bicycle ride all the way down to Ausbike. Well, we need to get the show stock there, we've said they're easy and reliable to ride, so what could make more sense? If you want to join us for the ride, come into the store and have a chat. You'll need an electric bicycle (unless you're really tough and can ride 200-300km per day) and be ready for a fast and furious ride South. We can help by lending panniers and tools and lights and other stuff you think you might need that would make you hestitate to join us.
If you are a bicycle store or similar, Trade Registration is open now. Tickets to the public will go on sale (they're very cheap) from June 15. You can also pay on the day, but then you won't be in the draw for a prize.
Hope to see you there!
Maurice, Guim, Abraham, Jeremy and Anthony, all the way from Wisper New Zealand

- @CycleTerrorist @bikemelbourne +1 blaming only 'dangerous drivers' misses the point. The space given to all drivers endangers cycling — 47 min 40 sec ago

- @chuanp Ive used ROK straps for roof rack tie downs. Do they make bicycle specific ones? Length is important to suit pannier rack size — 54 min 26 sec ago
