Shop opening hours changed

Our official opening hours are now 10am - 6pm 7 days. You may find us in the shop later than 6 on many nights, one happy customer had a puncture repaired at our shop at 9pm once!

I really really really really
I really really really really really want my new Whisper bike!!! Now I know they have left China and are somewhere on their way here I am just about busting a gut to get it! How is someone supposed to mark a HUGE pile of student papers when they are thinking about their lovely shiny black bike on its way. *sigh* PLEASE let us know when they hit Australian soil. Just so I can want it even more!

I really really really really really agree with Lou!! Why are the months passing SOOOO slowly??! Thank you to the lovely gloworm shop people for their patience with my regular compulsion to visit and look at the Wisper bikes. I'm like a boy waiting for Christmas.
Well they arent' on
Well they arent' on Australian soil yet but the Wisper bikes are well and truly in Australian waters, hanging around the Port of Botany, waiting to be unloaded. You may get a call or email as early as Monday, but let's say late in the week to be conservative? Thanks for your trust!!
they randomly chose me for a
they randomly chose me for a container x-ray for the 3rd time out of 3! So the ebikes are sitting patiently in customs getting perved on by officials. We're now expecting them late in the week, maybe this Thursday or Friday.

Ha ha! Thanks for being on our side Lou. I don't know if we've met yet but I'm looking forward to it :)
And in other news, they x-rayed it really heaps fast and the current plan is for them to release our Wisper Bikes tomorrow (tuesday) and of course I'd get it delivered straight here.
So... watch our twitter page (twitter.com/glowwormbicycles) where we will announce that they've arrived. BUT we'll contact you directly when they're actually ready to pick up. Cause we have to unload all the ebikes, put them somewhere, get out the pre-ordered ones, build them, test ride them, put a lovely glow worm bicycles sticker on them etc etc.
So they'll probalby be available on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning
O.K. the logistics of getting
O.K. the logistics of getting the bikes in & distributed sounds pretty challenging so I have a suggested plan to make it run smoothly. Do it alphabetically by surname - mine starts with "C". If Lou's surname happens to start with an "A" or "B" then just do mine first anyway. Should work like a dream!
