Glow Worm Bicycles Refund and Exchanges Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Glow Worm Bicycle. If not, we can provide refunds or store credits within 30 days of the purchase, provided that you send the item back to us in the same condition in which we sent it to you, along with proof of purchase.

To return a product to us, email is via the contacts page giving your name, address and when you purchased the item and why you are not 100% satisfied with it. Then follow these simple steps:

1. Return package via insured courier using the courier of your choice. Note that Australia Post does not send bicycles as they are too big for their requirements.
2. Send returns to:

3. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.
4. Use the contacts page again to inform us of the date it was sent, with who and from where.

Policy
Consumers are protected by statutory law in Australia. These laws provide the basis for your consumer protection, such as the right to a return or replacement of faulty goods, or protection against being misled about purchases. In addition to this protection, we allow returns of products in unused and resaleable condition.
