Battery Case Terminal (bottom cover) eZeebike

This is part of the eZeebike battery case. It's the bit on the bottom of the case that connects the battery to the controllor (via the key switch lock). If you are too rough when putting the battery back into the bike, especially if you are taking it in and out frequently, you might find that the terminals at the bottom of the battery case become misshapen, either becoming enlarged or the terminals become squashed. You can see this by looking at it. Symptoms include difficulty in putting the battery back into the sliding rail, difficulty in turning the key switch from 'unlocked' to 'on', rattling of the battery or the power cutting out or changing to 'red' on the battery gauge when going over bumps. Replacing one of these is a tricky task. It is certainly possible but is best done by e-bike technician Abraham.
