OUR WORKSHOP SERVICES
Glow Worm Electric Bikes have a fully equipped mechanical workshop, customised for electric and cargo bike. We service all electric bikes that we have sold. Our workshop is available to all customers who have purchased an electric bike from us. We're here to ensure that your electric bike is maintained to the highest standard, or repaired as quickly as possible, for a reasonable price.
We are an Authorised Dealer for Bosch, Shimano, Bafang & Ezee electric systems.
If our schedule allows, we may be able to provide maintenance & servicing on electric bikes that we have not sold so long as they have Bosch, Shimano, Bafang or Ezee electric systems. We may also be able to provide mainteance or servicing of non-electric bikes. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs and we'll be able to let you know if we can assist you. If you have a bike with alternative electric systems, it's unlikely that we will be able to assist you.
Pricing for general servicing is shown below. If you purchased your electric bike from us, you're automatically a Glow Worm VIP & qualify for 25% off our general service labour fees.

All electric bikes need regular servicing, in order to keep them safe and in good working order, preserving warranties and reducing unscheduled downtime.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Our workshop at any given moment is usually fully booked so you'll need to contact us to make a booking before coming in.
DROPPING YOUR BIKE OFF FOR ITS SERVICE
Please drop your bike off on its booking day before 11am. It's also fine to drop it in a few days before your service.
Keep in mind you'll need at least 15 minutes when you arrive for us to talk to you about your bike and where possible, provide you with a quote before you leave.
For regular servicing, we will aim to service your bike on the scheduled day. We will call you when it is ready to pick up. If you haven't heard from us, please call before coming to pick it up, in case it's still in progress.
If you can't make your booking, please let us know. The more notice, the more quickly we can find another spot for you.
