Your eBike will be fully assembled by our expert mechanics at no extra cost, including installation of any accessories purchased with the bike
We offer a First Free Service at three months, and 10% off any accessories purchased within this time. After this, save on each General Service by booking in as a VIP.
As a Glow Worm VIP you qualify for use of our loan bikes while your bike is in for service. Subject to availability, please request when booking.
We'll sort out your warranty claim at no cost to you (please note, Glow Worm does not cover costs incurred in transporting the bike to our workshop).
