Cargo bicycles are a fantastic way to haul around just about anything — add a battery-powered motor to the equation and things get a lot more efficient and effortless. These bikes can replace cars and become the designated grocery getters; they can also be used to run all kinds of errands.
Here at Glow Worm, we see battery-powered mobility as a shining beacon of hope when it comes to environmental-friendliness, fitness, and being able to rediscover the simple pleasure of riding a bicycle. We’re committed to bringing the best globally available ebikes to Australia!

Advantages and Use Cases
Cargo bikes give you the freedom to complete your daily tasks on two wheels, whether you live in or out of the city. These can be purchased in different variations designed around the needs of families, pet owners, delivery people, and just about anyone who needs to move stuff around.
The benefits are quite obvious; they're cheaper than cars, they don't require fuel, you don't have to pay tax, they keep you in shape, they're easy to park anywhere, they are battery-powered, and they’re good for the environment. What’s not to love?
Here are some of the most popular use cases:

BBQ on the beach, and so on.
Types of Cargo Ebikes
Not all cargo bikes are constructed the same way. Their major differentiating factors have a lot to do with frame geometry, frame design, luggage placement, and battery mounting position. Some of the common types that you’ll come across include:
Front Loader (Long John)
Front-loaders are known for their characteristic big-basket (or flat platform) that’s placed between the front wheel and the handlebar — this is made possible due to an extended front end.
Longtail
As the name suggests, longtails utilise an extended chainstay and seat stay design, giving it a long and flowy frame that has a rear-rack large enough to accommodate huge pannier bags and even a top-box.
Foldable
For the sake of portability and ease of storage, some of these bikes come with foldable handlebars, and in rare cases, even a foldable frame.
Standard
Standard cargo bikes are just like longtails, except that they aren't as long and have an integrated rear rack.
